Dream Duo: Margaux x Schumacher Shoe Collab

It’s safe to say that both Schumacher and Margaux need no introduction. Schumacher, which has been around since 1889, is one of the most well-known fabric house around the world. We love all of their designs and products, and when we found out they were teaming up with the relatively new yet wildly popular shoe brand Margaux we could not be more excited. Margaux was founded on the basis of the perfect wear-everywhere shoe that’s stylish and comfortable. They offer a wide range of shoes (slippers, flats, sandals, heels) in a variety of styles and sizes. Put the two together, and you get a dream collab!

Sarah and Alexa, the founders of Margaux, have been longtime admirers of Schumacher. They first connected with the brand when they featured Creative Director Dara Caponigro in their series of inspiring women. The three kept in touch, and eventually brought what was once a dream to life—a partnership that sits perfectly in both home and fashion. And boy does the collection deliver! From the patterns to the silhouettes selected, the styles exude ease, elegance, and optimism wherever (and however) they are worn.

This capsule will be the fabric house's first-ever foray into footwear, and will feature a few of Margaux’s classic silhouettes covered in Schumacher’s gorgeous prints. The collection, Margaux’s boldest yet, includes five shoes—The Mule in Campagne, The Demi in Cabanon Stripe, The Pointe in Cassis, The Sandal in Exotic Butterfly, and The Ballet Mule in Le Castellet.
